How
Do I Cancel? |
You can cancel
at the processor company you used when signing up to Spicy DreamZ.
NOTE: You should cancel at least 24 hours ahead of the schedule billing
date (Date/Time will be in EST) so that there is enough time to process
your cancellation.
Credit Card Processors:
If you joined and were billed by EPOCH, please cancel at
https://epoch.com/billingsupport/
If you joined and were billed by CCBILL, please cancel at
https://support.ccbill.com
EuroDebit and Online Checking:
If you joined and were billed by 2000Charge, please cancel at
http://2000charge.com/help/
You can also email us, from the email
address used on signup, and we will cancel your membership for you.

Will
I have access after I cancel? |
If you
cancel during a billing period then, yes you will continue to have full
access to the site until the end of that billing period.
For example:
If you joined for a One Month Membership and then cancelled any time
during that 30 days, you will have access for those 30 days. At the end
of the One Month Membership, your access will expire, your membership
will be closed and you will not be billed again. |

Spicy DreamZ
only supports the following two internet browsers FireFox And Internet
Explorer. These two browsers are used by 99% of the internet. All other
browsers are inferior in rendering the pages in the members area.
If you are on a Mac, you cannot use Safari to view our members area.
Please download Fire Fox below. Safari is an inferior web browser
to Fire Fox and/or Internet Explorer. To avoid any broken images
please use either of these browsers when viewing the members area.

I'm
having trouble viewing videos on the site |
If you're
having trouble streaming / playing the videos on the site, make sure you
have the latest Player installed on your computer. All videos
inside Spicy DreamZ are encoded in Windows Media Player format.
- To install the latest FREE version of Windows Media Player,
Click Here
- If you are on a Mac, you will have install some program
that enables you to play .wmv files on your Mac. You probably
already have one of these since most of the videos on the internet
are in this format. We personally
recommend this piece of software that works on all our Mac
computers.

- If the video keeps stopping and starting or seems "choppy" then
it is likely that your streaming is being interrupted by a bad or
slow internet connection.
- If the clips are slow to load, then you can press PAUSE on your
player, waiting a few minutes, and then try to PLAY the video. This
should give the video enough time to download so you can view it.
- If you are still having trouble streaming the Clips, we
recommend downloading the clips and viewing them off of your
computer
